This project has been a joy to work on. As a Creative Director and owner of a Design firm, it is particularly rewarding to be able to craft a complete package of design collateral for a new business. That has been the case for us with Griffin Court Condominium at 800 Tenth Ave in NYC, Alchemy Properties’ newest luxury condo between 53rd and 54th in Manhattan.

From designing the logo, signage, brochure, website and flash ad banners, we helped to establish Griffin Court as a sophisticated luxury property in a vibrant Manhattan community.

Some of the truly unique characteristics of this building are that the two 8 story towers have been designed around a residents only 8,700 SF courtyard. It's awesome! When you walk into the building and down towards your home, you see the lushly landscaped courtyard through the glass walls. Because of the central focus within the building, it gives you the feeling of being part of a community. It was the perfect characteristic for us to put a strong emphasis on within the marketing materials and copywriting.

Each unit is beautifully laid out and has top-of-the-line appliances and finishes. All-in-all, we've been very excited to be a part of marketing such a fine property.
