The Merrion Condominium is a meticulously refurbished pre-war building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Urban American asked Daron Rosenberg Creative to design a website for The Merrion that would put a fresh face on an older historic building. Surrounded by fine boutiques and museums, The Merrion is made up of 27 one, two, three and four bedroom floor plans ranging from 766 to 4,051 SF and priced from $831K to $3.5M
